JUST Undertakes Working Visit to the University of Cape Coast

As part of the EIFL/Wellcome-funded project, “Towards a More Robust Editorial and Publishing Process of the Journal of Science and Technology (JUST),” the Journal of Science and Technology (JUST), KNUST, undertook a working visit to the University of Cape Coast (UCC) to learn from its approach to scholarly journal management.

The JUST delegation engaged with the Scholarly Communication Unit (SCU) of UCC, which provides centralised support to the University’s open access journals. The visit provided practical insights into multi-journal management, OJS support, editorial workflows, capacity building and institutional coordination of scholarly publishing.
